Most little girls dream of their wedding day and I was no different. I loved everything about my wedding day but also know how stressful it can be. My team and I work hard to keep the stress away from you! We will make sure the DJ is on schedule or we will get the missing bouquet. Your wedding day is supposed to be a dream, so while we capture every beautiful moment within it, we are also there to help it run smoothly.

MK is my sister and our go-to girl on wedding days especially! She goes by MK, Mary or Kate. She does everything from fluffing the dress to making sure the flower girls are squared away to helping with detail shots and keeping us on schedule. She's learning her way around the camera and is a huge help to the team. She is sure to hype you up and that we all have a great time!

WAIT TO HEAR BACK FROM ME
When you hear back from me, we will set up a phone consultation. This is where we will "meet" each other and I will learn more about the wedding you are envisioning. If we decide to move forward, I will then send you your invoice, contract and questionnaire!
YOU'RE BOOKED!
Once I receive your deposit and contract back, YOU ARE BOOKED! *cue happy dance* We will work then to schedule your engagement portraits and develop your timeline as we get closer to your wedding day!

Captured Seasons Photography offers two wedding packages. The packages include an engagement session, two photographers and a laid out schedule for your day to run smoothly. We also believe in relationships and love to meet with the couple before signing anything to make tweaks with the package. There are also extra add-ons such as bridal portraits, prints, books and boudoir shoots done by Crown Boudoir. You also have the opportunity to add-on a videographer from our team.

*Travel fee of $250 if over 50 miles from Athens, AL and $1.25 per mile. If the wedding is located over three hours from Athens, AL there is a requirement of a room fee as well as the $150 + mileage. Please keep in mind that if the videographer is booked, two rooms will need to be rented. Anything over 6 hours away from Athens, AL will require a flight for each team member, hotel rental, and rental car fee as well as the mileage fee.*

ENGAGEMENT PORTRAITS
Complimentary to your package
Engagement shoots are the perfect time for us to get to know each other. We will spend our time together laughing and learning how we all work together! We will try different poses and I will learn your style. The engagement shoot is supposed to perfectly capture the two of you and your love. This is a huge goal of mine when talking to the bride!
We need to try and book your engagement session around the same time we officially book you for the wedding. You can have up to two locations with your engagement shoot and 2-3 outfits. Please keep in mind that you might have to change in the car. I always recommend a dressier outfit and then a more casual one. I have an Amazon list that you can look at to help navigate you towards the best outfits. The images will be edited and delivered to you soon before the wedding to have them for invitations and to display.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
- Neutrals such as blush, tans, link pinks, faint blues and teals, creams, grays and whites will always result in more of a light and airy look to your images. These colors photograph softer and more romantically!
- If you’re really looking for a soft, feminine look, I recommend a flowing, maxi-length dress or skirt! The movement of this type of fabric photographs beautifully!
- We recommend a more formal outfit and a more casual one, so that you have plenty of variety to choose from later!
- The goal is COORDINATING outfits instead of MATCHING! We also recommend avoiding both of you wearing WHITE as a top. White doesn’t allow for any contrast in your images.
- Guys, we recommend that you avoid patterns that are smaller than a dime! These small patterns can create strange visual effects in a digital camera. Close-toed shoes photograph well, and we recommend avoiding graphic tees and tennis shoes!
- Gals, we recommend that you wear something that flatters the parts of you that you love the most and also allows you to be extremely confident! If you are uncomfortable when you look in the mirror (having to suck in and only like the way you look from one angle), then that probably isn’t the best outfit choice for you. We want you to be really confident in your outfit, because we know that you will love your portraits so much more if you’re not worrying about how your clothes fit!

FAQ
DO YOU SHOOT BOUDOIR?
No, I don't. It's just not an area I thrived in. My usual second-shooter Rachel does though! Her business is Crown Boudoir so that is her speciality. WE'LL TALK OVER TIMELINE BEFOREHAND.
We will become best friends almost! I like to be on the same page as my bride so we will discuss details such as the timeline, posing, etc. We can email and set up phone conferences as much as either of us need.
CAN I HAVE SOME INFORMATION ON THE PRINTS + ALBUMS?
Yes! Albums are an additional cost if you choose to purchase one. You can make the addition before or after the wedding! You will design the album without doing any of the hard work. You will let me know the images that you would like included and I will put it together for you. Once the design is approved, I will order it for you!

WHO ALL WILL BE WITH YOU THE DAY OF MY WEDDING?
I will be first shooting, Rachel Emens (owner of Crown Boudoir) will be second shooting and my husband (Brandon Davis) will be there if you have booked a video as well. I also will have an assistant sometimes. This is usually my sister, MK.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I GET MY WEDDING PHOTOS BACK?
You will receive your wedding photos throughout the three months after your wedding. I will send a sneak peek to you around one week after your wedding. Your full gallery will be delivered by three months after your wedding. You will receive the gallery through a Zenfolio link. They will be available to you for sharing and downloading! This is all included in your contract as well.
I'LL FIGURE OUT PHOTO LOCATIONS FOR YOU.
It's not your job to worry about photo locations - it's mine! If your venue is local, I'll go + find a few options for you to choose from. If I'm traveling from out of town, I'll still use my resources (aka, Google Maps) to find some awesome spots for you.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT POSING.
After we book your date, get the invoice paid and the contract signed we will move forward in the process of preparing for your wedding. One thing we do is create a "posing guide" where we are sure to get all of the shots you want with some added in. You have the chance to review it before your wedding!
HOW DO YOU BACK UP YOUR FILES?
This is so important! I, personally, had my own wedding photos lost so I understand the importance of this. I am still improving the system but I keep the images on the SD card even after I photo dump to my two hard drives. I also ask that my second shooter puts the images on her hard drive. These are all precautions- bad things do happen. We do our best to have this not happen!
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE VIDEO?
Brandon typically follows us (the photographers) around to get as much as we do. We work well together to be sure to get details that are most important.
