Hi! Welcome to my corner of the photography world. Photography is my way of serving and bringing joy to others by using the gifts God has given me. I am local to North Alabama but am always ready to travel for some beautiful images. I am proud of the titles I hold: mom, wife, daughter of the King and photographer. I am currently working towards my English degree but am a SAHM while running my business. I recently started a ministry on social media, Through the Seasons so check it out! I work in my church through the worship team, student ministry, small groups and women’s ministry. My favorite things (besides photography) include Amazon, cooking, having people gather in my home, worship, reading and journaling.

Favorite place for a session?

I absolutely adore Downtown Athens and the Elkmont Rural Village.

Favorite type of session?

Seniors are always a favorite but I absolutely love to work with couples.

My heart behind my work:

When I was younger, my mother worked in photography. At that age it was so annoying but now, I understand. I have always secretly loved the camera and the beauty that comes from working with it. My sophomore year I joined yearbook. Through that class I took pictures at events and for clubs. I grew to really love taking still moments that could last forever. My senior year I started “photography” and did it for a couple of years. It wasn’t professional and the images were good but not what I wanted. I stopped and worked with another photographer for a bit before realizing I wanted to do this for myself again. I love the captured memory. The joy it brings yourself and others is unexplainable.
